How long does it take for my KES deposit to reflect in my CryptoSasa account?

We have two ways of depositing Fiat on CryptoSasa.

• Mobile Money Deposits
• Bank Deposit

Mobile Money; it will take less than 5 minutes for your deposit to reflect on your CryptoSasa account.
Should it take more than 15 minutes to reflect please raise a support ticket for a quick resolution of your issue.

Please ensure that you are using the exact mobile number registered on CryptoSasa to deposit as you will not be able to cross-deposit or top up your account with a different number.

Bank deposit; Please allow for up to 24 hours (excluding weekends or public holidays) for your KES deposit to reflect in your CryptoSasa account.  As soon as your money arrives it will reflect in your account and you will be sent an email notification.

Please ensure that you are sending KES directly from your own bank account and not through any third-party or bank account that is not in your own name.

If you have waited longer than 24 hours for your deposit, please check whether you did use the right reference (starting with TRX***) when making your deposit.
