How do I deposit money from my bank account to my CryptoSasa account?

Depositing to your CryptoSasa account through bank involves 2 simple steps:

1. Initiate deposit on the your CryptoSasa account.

2. Initiate Transfer from your Bank account to the account details provided.

Initiate deposit on the your CryptoSasa account.

To Initiate deposit on  your CryptoSasa account for a bank deposit , please do the following:

1. Login to your CryptoSasa account.
   
   Click on "Deposit" which can be found on the left-hand side of your account page under asset management.
   
   
   Select Fiat Deposit. Currently we only accept KES deposits.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select the Bank listed on the payment systems and select Standard Chartered Bank.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the KES amount you wish to deposit, please note the minimum deposit value is KES.100.
   
   
   
   In the Transaction information section, you will find our bank account details that you need to transfer money from your bank. Click on continue once you have collected the CryptoSasa bank information.
   
   
   
   
4. Once you click on Continue, two things will happen;
   
   You will get a screen pop-up with your transaction details.
   
   
   
   You will receive an email notification where you can download an invoice with the details you need to use to fund your account.
   
   

You will need the beneficiary reference to allow us to link your deposit to your CryptoSasa account.

Cannot find the above email?

Simply go to the deposit page and scroll down to Deposit Transaction Requests and go to the specific Transaction and Get the invoice.

Initiate Transfer from your Bank



Once we check and confirm the receipt of the amount and approve your request you will receive a confirmation Email.

Return to CryptoSasa webpage and Click Refresh icon to updated Deposit Transaction Requests list confirm that the status has been updated to confirmed and click My Balance.

Please note that the transfer may take about 3 hours during working hours, or more for weekends and public holidays.
