How do I verify my account on CryptoSasa

 We have 3 verification levels on CryptoSasa namely;

• Individual Level 1-verified 
• Individual Level 2-verified
• Individual Level 2 AML-verified

You can start exploring CryptoSasa once you sign up using your email. You can deposit and trade on CryptoSasa but you can not make any withdrawal. To be able to withdraw, you must be verified first.

Verification will enable you to:

• Make withdrawals
• Increase your  withdrawal limit

Verification is quick and easy but you must have readily available;

• Identification with your name and picture. We do accept:
  • National ID
  • Drivers License
  • National Passport
  • Alien ID (if non-Kenyan)
• Your telephone for camera access for your picture.

Please ensure your ID documents is clear and readable.

We accept clients of any nationality except those in the sanctioned countries list. 

It is very important to verify your account as it helps determine your daily, weekly and all time withdrawal limits.

3. On the verification page you will see a tab in orange marked Use this Role
   
   
   
   
4. You will need to confirm that you agree to process your personal data before you click on NEXT.
   
   
   
   
5. You can upgrade to the next level by clicking on Upgrade to this level
