How do I withdraw cryptocurrency out of my CryptoSasa account?

Withdrawing cryptocurrency from your CryptoSasa account is an easy process, to start please follow the steps shown below:

1. Login to your CryptoSasa account.
   
   
2. Click on "Withdrawal" which can be found on the left-hand side of your account page under Asset Management.
   
   
   
   
3. Select Crypto Withdrawal.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the coin you wish to withdraw from the drop-down menu. 
   
   
   
   
5. Copy and paste the address to the platform or wallet you are withdrawing to, into the address field.
   
   
   
   
6. Then input the amount you wish to withdraw, noting your withdrawal limits which can be viewed at the top of the page.
   
   
7. If you wish to increase your withdrawal limit, we welcome you to complete the verification process(KYC). Learn how here

Confirmations: It takes some time for blocks to be validated, please allow for up to 10 minutes in order to confirm the withdrawal.

Important: Please ensure you're sending the right crypto to the right address. Sending anything other than bitcoin (BTC) to a BTC address, including bitcoin cash (BCH), will result in the permanent loss of your crypto.
